142. Aaron LITTLEFIELD. Born on 20 Oct 1694 in Wells, York, ME. At the age of 9, Aaron was baptized in Boucherville, Quebec, CAN, on 27 Jan 1704. Aaron died in St. Mathias, Quebec, Canada, on 9 Jan 1761; he was 66.

On 3 Feb 1717 when Aaron was 22, he married Marie-Genevieve BRUNEL, daughter of Jacques BRUNEL & Suzanne BERTAULT, in Boucherville, Quebec, CAN. Born on 24 May 1696 in Varennes, Quebec, Canada. Marie-Genevieve died in St. Mathias, Quebec, Canada, on 30 Nov 1739; she was 43.
