-(From Norman Littlefield's data): Mary was daughter of David Littlefield Sr. Mary had an illegitimate child Ithamar Littlefield db summer 1722 (bpt 20 Jul 1729 no father listed) fathered by William Harmon db 1699 court case 2 Oct 1722 bound overto the court upon suspicion of committing carnal copulation with Mary daughter of David Littlefield. Mary appeared to court to answer charges of having bastard child and was to receive seven stripes to her naked back at the post or pay fees ofcourt : 10s.

Mary first married William HARMON, son of John HARMON & Sarah ROBERTS. Born on 25 Feb 1699 in Wells, York, ME. William died in Scarbourough, Cumberland, ME, on 30 Dec 1766; he was 67.
