On 5 Jan 1769 when Samuel was 23, he married Elinor LOW.
563. Ithamar Jr. LITTLEFIELD. Born abt 28 Mar 1747. At the age of <1, Ithamar Jr. was baptized in Wells, ME, on 14 Jun 1747. Ithamar Jr. died in Sanford, ME, on 24 Dec 1837; he was 90.
-1790 Sanford Maine Census lists "Ithamor Littelfield, Jun" in Sanford as head of household with 2 Free white males over age 16 (incl. h.o.h.), 3 free white males under 16, 6 free white females, no other free persons and no slaves.-(From LFNL; Vol. 6, #2, p.43): Married to Sarah Boston by Moses Swett.-(From Boyle, Frederick; "Early Families of Sanford-Springvale, Maine"; p.202): A resident of Sanford, like, his father, he still seems to have maintained his membership in the Wells Congregational Church where his younger children were baptized.He had two older children and a grandchild (Matilda - child of his "Daughter"), baptized at the Sanford Congregational Church, 29 May, 1798. Deeds indicate that Ithamer Littlefield continued to live in South Sanford until possibly 14 Feb 1828,when he sold the his present home property to William Gooch of Wells. He left no will and transferred no property to his heirs.

On 29 Mar 1768 when Ithamar Jr. was 21, he first married Ednar (Edna) DAVIS, daughter of Enock DAVIS & Katarina WELCH, in Wells, ME. Born on 14 Jun 1744 in Wells, York, ME. Ednar (Edna) died in Sanford, ME, on 8 Dec 1804; she was 60.

On 18 Apr 1803 when Ithamar Jr. was 56, he second married Sarah BOSTON.
On 15 Nov 1807 when Ithamar Jr. was 60, he third married Mary CANE, in Sanford, York, Maine.
On 16 Jan 1809 when Ithamar Jr. was 61, he fourth married Sarah MAXWELL, in Wells, York, ME. Born abt 1749 in Wells, York, ME.
564. Joseph LITTLEFIELD. Born on 4 Jun 1749 in Wells, York, ME. At the age of <1, Joseph was baptized in Wells, York, ME, on 20 Jul 1749. Joseph died in Gardiner, ME, in Jan 1826; he was 76. Buried in Jan 1826 in Gardiner, ME.

On 4 May 1771 when Joseph was 21, he first married Phoebe ANNIS (542) , daughter of Nehemiah ANNIS & Joanna HATCH (294). Phoebe died in 1815.
They had the following children:
On 17 Dec 1816 when Joseph was 67, he second married Abigail BUTLER. Born in 1767. Abigail died on 9 Nov 1855; she was 88.
565. Mary LITTLEFIELD. Born in 1753. At the age of <1, Mary was baptized in Wells, ME, on 27 May 1753.
566. Phebe LITTLEFIELD. Born in 1755. At the age of <1, Phebe was baptized in Wells, ME, on 18 May 1755.
In 1798 when Phebe was 43, she married Ghee MASON.
567. Lydia LITTLEFIELD. Born in 1758. At the age of <1, Lydia was baptized in Wells, ME, on 30 Apr 1758.
In 1777 when Lydia was 19, she married Eliab HATCH.
568. Eleanor LITTLEFIELD. Eleanor was baptized in Wells, ME, on 17 Feb 1760.
In 1781 Eleanor married Joseph COUSINS.
569. Sarah LITTLEFIELD. Born abt 1760 in York Co., ME. At the age of 1, Sarah was baptized on 18 Oct 1761. Sarah died in Jefferson, NH, bef 1860; she was 100.
Sarah married Benjamin ESTES. Born abt 1755 in Wells, ME. Benjamin died in Jefferson, NH, bef 1840; he was 85.
They had the following children:
570. Stephen LITTLEFIELD. Born in 1764. At the age of <1, Stephen was baptized in Wells on 29 Oct 1764. Stephen died in Alfred, ME, on 17 Oct 1847; he was 83.
